How does the disconnect/reconnect process work?

You can pause your subscription during the off-season for a 50% reduction in your subscription cost. This does not include the cellular service.

 

During disconnection:

• Meters removed from the SiteSync platform
  
• No alerts, diagnostics, or warranty support available
  
• Your warranty clock continues during the pause
  
• No pro-rated monthly bills for partial-month disconnects
